Title: Manage Weeds in Non-Crop Areas

Planting allowing little room for weeds to grow
Plants in non-crop areas deter weeds
Weeds along fence-lines, paddock edges and non-crop areas of crop paddocks can be controlled by hay or silage cutting, planting of native grasses, and/or cultivation, or a combination of these options. Unlike other activities, timing for fence-line weed control is reasonably flexible with a wide window of opportunity, although control should be carried out prior to seed maturity.
