Title: Farm biosecurity manual for the Australian cotton industry

[Plant Health Australia 11 Aug, 2010] -- The future of Australia's $650 million cotton industry is looking a whole lot more secure thanks to a new biosecurity manual written specifically for cotton growers. The Farm Biosecurity Manual for the Cotton Industry released today highlights information about good biosecurity practices, such as practical on-farm biosecurity measures growers can incorporate into their day-to-day operations. The manual was developed by Biosecurity Queensland in close collaboration with Plant Health Australia (PHA), Cotton Australia and industry funded researchers.
